Leeds United defender Giuseppe Bellusci believes that the club's new manager Darko Milanic is a very prepared boss. However, the Italian still feels it will be tough for the Whites to earn promotion to the Premier League this season.
Milanic is still waiting for his first win as Leeds manager, having presided over two draws and one defeat since taking charge last month.
Bellusci joined Leeds this summer, at first working under Milanic's predecessor David Hockaday.
The Italian defender is impressed with the club's new boss, but believes it will take time for the Whites to achieve their ultimate objective of playing Premier League football.
"Winning in the first year is always difficult", the former Catania man told Tutto Mercato.

"The objective of Leeds however is to return to where it belongs, on the big stage.
"With the change of coach, who is very prepared, we will try to win as quickly as possible."
From a personal perspective, Bellusci revealed his aim is simply to clock up as many minutes on the pitch for the Whites as possible, while also keeping an eye out to add to his goal tally.
"To play as much as possible [is my objective], to prove myself and score some more goals, since I have already scored two."
