Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is keeping his cards close to his chest in advance of tonight's crucial Champions League Round of 16 second leg at Barcelona. The Gunners take a 2-1 advantage into the Camp Nou, an arena where so many sides have been taken apart by the Blaugrana.
But Wenger is hoping he may be able to call upon Robin van Persie, while Cesc Fabregas is 90% sure to play. It was Van Persie however who the most mystery surrounds.
"He has made quick progress", said Wenger, before denying he was playing mind games with Barcelona.
"It is no mind game, I am not good at those.
"Whether he has been included in the squad has not yet been decided. He has made quick progression these last three days."
If Van Persie did return then the news would be a huge boost to the Arsenal squad, but Wenger warned that "we will not take a gamble in a game of such importance."
