The race to snap up Niko Kranjcar from Tottenham Hotspur looks to be hotting up with two Russian clubs, a Premier League rival and a German outfit all interested in bagging the Croatian’s signature.
From Russia, CSKA Moscow and Spartak Moscow are leading the chase, while Spurs’ league rivals Everton hope to keep Kranjcar in England. Werder Bremen meanwhile, hope to tempt the midfielder to the Bundesliga.
Initially soundings have revealed that Spurs want at least €10M for Kranjcar, with the player himself still keen to exit White Hart Lane to become a permanent fixture in a side.
With so many interested parties however, Harry Redknapp may be confident of pushing the price upwards and creating an auction.
