Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has urged his team-mates to push the disappointment of their 3-0 loss to Everton into the past and pick themselves up so that they can finish the season strongly.

Arsenal suffered a comprehensive 3-0 defeat at the hands of Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday, with goals from Steven Naismith, Romelu Lukaku and an own goal from Mikel Arteta for the Toffees.

Ramsey admits that the team are disappointed with their performance, but believes that they have to pick themselves up and fight for the rest of the season as there is a real possibility that they can win a trophy in the form of the FA Cup at the end of the season.

"We have to pick ourselves back up now. We have still got a lot of points to play for. We are in the semi-final of the FA Cup so we have got to put things right”, the Welshman told the club’s official site.

The 23-year-old stressed that there are still five games left in the league campaign and fourth spot is still a real possibility if the team fight and finish the season strongly.

"We have to put a strong run-in together now. We have five games left and we will aim to win them all to give us the best opportunity to finish fourth or higher.”

Ramsey, who just came back from an injury, has made 19 appearances for the Gunners in so far this season the Premier League, scoring eight goals and providing six assists.
