Borussia Dortmund players have been promised bonus payments by the club if they are able to overturn a three-goal deficit against Real Madrid in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie and go through to the semi-finals, according to German daily Bild.
Real Madrid registered a comfortable 3-0 win over BVB in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie at the Santiago Bernabeu last Wednesday.

The BVB players are set to receive €100,000 as a bonus payment from the club if they are able to defy the odds and overturn the three-goal deficit in the return leg.
Should BVB win but not qualify for the semi-finals then the players are not entitled to any bonus payments from the club, regardless of the scoreline.
