Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho is expecting a tough clash against Manchester City this coming Sunday, but has revealed the Reds are confident of success.
With Liverpool sitting top of the Premier League table with 74 points from 33 games, Manchester City are looking to cut the Reds' lead, although sitting third on 70 points, have two games in hand on their title rivals.

The clash at Anfield is certain to go a long way towards deciding the destination of the title and Sakho is relishing the opportunity to lock horns with what he knows is a very good Manchester City attack.
"We are confident about facing their strikers", Sakho told his club's site.

"City score a lot of goals but so do we. It will be two beautiful attacks against two strong defences.
"It's a top match pitting two top teams against each other, fighting for the title.
"I have not spoken a lot about matches before we play them. We will see who is better prepared to take the points", the Frenchman added.
If Liverpool were to put Manchester City to the sword at Anfield, they would stretch their lead over the Citizens to seven points.
