Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel is happy that he is chipping in with crucial goals, but insists it doesn’t matter to him who scores as long the Reds can maintain their form until the end of the season.
Skrtel scored the second Liverpool goal in their 3-2 win against Manchester City yesterday at Anfield, that helped them to consolidate their position at the top of the Premier League table on 77 points.

The Slovak is delighted that he could contribute in the Reds win against title rivals Manchester City.
"I'm just happy to score and help the team get three points", the 29-year-old told the club’s official site.

Skrtel has had his fair share of goals as a defender this season, but the former Zenit St. Petersburg man insisted that the name of the scorer doesn’t matter to him as long as Liverpool are winning.
"I've scored seven this season and if I can score some more then that would be great, but the most important thing is that we're winning – it doesn't matter who is scoring the goals."
The Slovakian international joined Liverpool in 2008 on a four-and-a-half-year deal worth £6.5m from Zenit St. Petersburg.
