England and Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has insisted that his nation want to come out victorious against Germany and the Netherlands in the upcoming friendlies during the international break.

The Three Lions will face world champions Germany in their own backyard on 26th March before welcoming the Netherlands to Wembley three days later.

And Kane, who scored a brace in Spurs’ 3-0 win over Bournemouth in a Premier League game on Sunday, explained that the friendlies are good tests for England for their European Championship preparations.

“Obviously we want to go and win these friendlies”, he told Spurs TV.

“They are good tests for our preparations for the Euros. So that’s what we’re looking forward to.”
