Leeds United midfielder Liam Bridcutt has revealed that he is enjoying working under the tutelage of Gordon Strachan in the Scotland squad.
The midfielder has again been called up to the national team squad for their friendly against Denmark tonight, following his consistent performances for Leeds since joining the club in November.
His only cap for Scotland came in a 2-0 defeat to Serbia in 2013, and the midfielder is looking forward to playing again for his country, if he gets an opportunity against the Danes.
The midfielder has nothing but praise for Scotland boss Strachan and believes the Scots have been playing some very good football in recent times under the stewardship of the former Manchester United and Leeds man.
The midfielder told the club’s official website: “As a kid I always grew up looking at international games and international footballers – that’s what I wanted to do.

“The experience I’ve had with Gordon Strachan has also been brilliant. He’s a very nice guy and very honest.
“He always wants the best from the boys and you can see that in the performances that Scotland have been putting in recently. They play some very good football.”
Bridcutt has made 22 appearances for Leeds in all competitions this season, and will be looking to take his club form to the international stage if he gets an opportunity to represent his country tonight.
