Arsenal striker Alex Iwobi has insisted that the club are taking each game as it comes, after the Gunners dispatched Watford 4-0 at the Emirates.

With a win necessary to keep their faint hopes of winning the title alive, Arsenal started the game brightly, and got an early goal to cheer up the home crowd, when Alexis Sanchez reacted quickly to his initial header getting saved by Heurelho Gomes, to tuck in the opener.

Iwobi provided the clipped ball into the box for the Chilean for his goal, and the young Gunner scored his second goal in his second Premier League start, this time Sanchez being the provider in the 38th minute.

Arsenal looked comfortable going into the break, and they also started the second half on the front foot to get their third goal when Hector Bellerin found the back of the net, via a deflection from Watford’s Ben Watson.

The Gunners continued to dominate and Watford did very little at the other end to create any problems for the Arsenal defence. The home side scored a fourth goal in the 89th minute when Joel Campbell found Theo Walcott in the box, and the England international couldn’t miss from two yards.

The 19-year-old Nigerian admits that it is a dream come true for him to play with the current Arsenal team, and is happy to see them win with the help of his goals.

He admits that while winning the title remains their aim, the Gunners are not looking too far ahead and are just concentrating on each game, to claw their way back into the race.

The striker was quoted as saying by the BBC: "Happy for the team, glad we won, it’s all for the team and I'm glad we've got the three points.

"When you’re young you dream of this and this is like a dream come true, winning with this team.

"Winning the title would be amazing but we're taking each game as it comes, game by game, and we'll see where we end up come the end of the season."

Arsenal will next visit Upton Park next Saturday to take on an in-form West Ham side, who drew with Crystal Palace earlier today.
