Former Rangers striker Andy Little is relishing what is set to be a special night for the Gers, as they prepare to complete their long journey from the bottom tier in Scottish football back to the top flight.
Rangers had to start again in the third division in 2012 following their liquidation, but now stand on the brink of reclaiming their spot at the top table of Scottish football.
Victory for the Gers at Ibrox this evening over Dumbarton will see the side crowned Scottish Championship champions and book their place in the top flight next term.
Little, who could have left Rangers following the club's financial collapse, remained and helped the Gers to win the third division and the second division.
He was released in 2014 and now plies his trade with English League Two outfit Accrington Stanley, on loan from Preston North End.
