Bayern Munich have completed a deal to sign Germany defender Mats Hummels from Borussia Dortmund this summer.
The German champions' board met yesterday to discuss the deal to sign the defender and the club made their official offer for Hummels to Dortmund last night.
The two clubs have reached an agreement over a fee, rumoured to be around €38m, and Hummels will join the Bavarians this summer.
The defender has signed a five-year contract with the German champions, which will come into effect on 1st July and will be joining his new team-mates for training after the European Championship.

Hummels, if selected, will play his final game for BVB at the Westfalenstadion on Saturday when Thomas Tuchel's men play 1.FC Koln.

A product of the Bayern Munich academy, the defender joined Dortmund initially on loan in 2008 and has made 307 appearances for BVB.
