Gil joined Spurs last summer from Spanish giants Sevilla but struggled for game time in the first half of the recently concluded campaign.

Tottenham shipped the winger off to Valencia in January on a six-month loan deal and Los Che are keen to take him back on a temporary basis ahead of next season.

However, Spurs are in no rush to take a decision on Gil’s future early in the summer and want him to move to a side that have Champions League football next season.

And according to Spanish daily Mundo Deportivo, Valencia are not the only Spanish side keen on Gil, as Real Sociedad are also interested in snapping him up in the summer.

Los Txuri-Urdin have contacted the 21-year-old and have offered him a chance to join their ranks on loan for next season.

But Gil is a player in-demand as in addition to Valencia and Real Sociedad, he also has offers from two other clubs on his table at present.

The winger is open to the idea of joining Real Sociedad but is waiting to see what Tottenham have in mind for him for next season.

As it stands, Gil is aware that he is not part of Antonio Conte’s plans at Spurs and as such they are likely to allow him to leave on loan again in the summer.
