The Austrian has emerged as one of the in-demand players this summer and is heavily linked with leaving Stuttgart.

Kalajdzic only has only one year left on his current deal at the Bundesliga side and has been consistently linked with the likes of  Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.

Premier League giants Tottenham also have the Stuttgart man on their transfer radar as boss Antonio Conte is keen on bolstering his attack.

The Italian wants to bring in a long-term successor to star striker Kane, as well as an extra body now, and 24-year-old Kalajdzic fits the profile they are looking for.

And according to German daily the Stuttgart Nachrichten, the north London outfit are intensifying efforts to snare away the Austria international from Stuttgart.

However, die Roten are yet to receive a formal offer from Tottenham for their marksman with the window set to swing open on Friday.

Kalajdzic is tipped to cost a potential suitor such as Tottenham at least €25m this summer and it remains to be seen where he is playing his football next season.
