Afobe has a year left on his contract at the bet365 Stadium and it is looking increasingly likely that the striker will leave the Potters this summer.

The striker has spent the better part of the last three seasons on loan and has not played a league match for the Potters since the 2019/20 campaign.

Watford are interested in the striker as they look to return to the Premier League at the first time of asking, while Millwall, where he was on loan, are keen to re-sign him

However, Afobe may be heading away from England as Stoke have given permission to the striker to talk with two clubs from Europe as well as one from the United Arab Emirates.

Afobe is considering his options before taking a decision regarding his future and with Stoke allowing him to talk with clubs on two continents, he has alternatives to look at.

The striker spent the previous season on loan at Millwall, for whom he played 38 Championship matches and scored 12 goals.

It remains to be seen if Watford and Millwall will up their efforts to win the race for Afobe’s signature.
