Wallace’s contract at the Den is up at the end of this month and he is leaving the Lions this summer for pastures new.

A swathe of clubs have been interested in procuring the signing of the winger ever since January, when Nottingham Forest and Turkish club Besiktas wanted to bring him in.

This summer the winger was linked with the likes of Burnley, Queens Park Rangers, Luton Town and Watford.

But it is West Brom who have emerged as the winners of the race as Wallace is all set to head out to the Hawthorns this summer.

It is understood that Wallace is lined up for a medical today as he gets closer to making the transfer to boss Steve Bruce’s side.

Wallace leaves Millwall after making 37 Championship appearances for them last season, scoring six goals and assisting 12 times.

The winger is set to become West Brom’s third signing of the season after they replenished their midfield area with the additions of Jayson Molumby and John Swift.
