PSG have already signed Hugo Ekitike, but they have continued to remain interested in the Italy international this summer.
The club hierarchy are a big fan of the forward, who is also a target for West Ham, and want to sign him in the ongoing transfer window.
But Sassuolo have rejected their offer of €40m from PSG and want around €50m before agreeing to sell Scamacca at the moment.
And according to French sports daily L’Equipe, PSG are reluctant to go beyond the €40m mark for Scamacca this summer.
The PSG technical team have come to the conclusion that Scamacca is not worth over €40m.
The forward is open to the move but for the moment there is a distance between the two clubs in terms of the valuation of the Italian.
West Ham are still pushing to sign Scamacca despite being in talks to sign Armando Broja from Chelsea this summer.
The Hammers are even prepared to go beyond and outbid PSG in order to land the Italy international.
