Last season, the 23-year-old winger joined Fulham on loan from Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk.
A large chunk of Solomon’s loan spell last season was marred by a knee injury and he made only 19 appearances for the Cottagers.
His displays were enough to attract interest from Tottenham though and Spurs have a deal all but wrapped up.
Spurs are interested in adding depth in their forward area and believe that Solomon will be an ideal candidate for that.
Solomon, who is a free agent after the expiration of his contract with Shakhtar Donetsk, has agreed personal terms with Tottenham and the player was due for a medical with the London outfit today.
However, the medical has been rescheduled for Thursday morning and it has been claimed that there has been no issue with the deal.
Solomon is set to become Spurs’ third signing this summer and the club are already linked with a host of players in the transfer market.
