Spurs are snapping the winger as a free agent from Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk and are moving to complete the deal.
Solomon, who spent time on loan at Fulham last season, has now arrived at Tottenham for his medical checks.
If the medical checks are passed by the winger without issue, then he is expected to sign in the next 24 to 48 hours.
Solomon will provide Ange Postecoglou with another winger option in north London as the Australian looks to make an impact as Spurs boss.
The 23-year-old clocked 19 appearances in the Premier League last season, scoring four goals, while he also made five appearances in Fulham’s FA Cup run.
Solomon turned out against Tottenham in the Premier League, but only clocked ten minutes in the Craven Cottage clash.
All eyes will be on when Solomon makes his Tottenham bow as he looks to impress Postecoglou over the course of pre-season.
