Argentine midfielder Lo Celso spent last season on loan with Villarreal in La Liga and impressed with his performances.

 

The 27-year-old is the subject to interest from several clubs in the ongoing window.

 

 

 

Real Betis are one of the clubs that showed interest in Lo Celso early in the transfer window but could not find a solution with Spurs for a deal.

 

Betis, however, have retained their interest in the midfielder and now, according to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti, the Spanish outfit will try to unlock a deal for Lo Celso with Spurs.

 

 

Tottenham have let Lo Celso’s entourage know that they will only let the Argentine leave this summer on a permanent transfer.

 

Napoli are also interested in the attacking midfielder, but they want to take Lo Celso on loan with the option to sign him permanently next summer.
