Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel is planning to speak to West Ham United defender Thilo Kehrer to see what his intentions are for January.
Kehrer has struggled for regular game time at the London Stadium this season and it has been suggested he could leave West Ham next month.
A host of clubs are already showing interest in the German and he is not likely to be short of options if he does decide to go.
Kehrer could even have the option of joining German giants Bayern Munich, who are looking for a cost-effective defensive addition.
Tuchel is aware of Kehrer’s situation and, according to German outlet Fussball Transfers, is planning to speak to him soon.
The Bayern Munich coach wants to know what Kehrer intends to do in January and whether he would be available.
It is suggested that West Ham would not block a January exit for Kehrer.
Bayern Munich are also considering other options as they look to sign a player who can give them an extra option at centre-back.
