Finlay Gorman has now signed a deal to join Manchester City from Leeds United.

The Cityzens made signing the 15-year-old talent from Leeds a priority and he came through his medical checks just before Christmas.

Now Manchester City have pushed the deal formally over the line, with Gorman having put pen to paper with the Premier League champions.

Losing the promising attacking midfielder is a big blow for Leeds, but it is one which will be softened by a compensation fee.

The Elland Road outfit are claimed to be pocketing a compensation fee which is in the seven figures.

Gorman will now be looking to kick on with his development at the facilities at Manchester City.

The teenager has been playing for Leeds’ Under-18s despite his tender year and has also proven himself to be a goal threat.

Now all eyes will be on how Gorman does at Manchester City, with much expected from the midfield talent.
