Leeds United face competition for Neco Williams from Dutch giants Feyenoord, who are hoping to snap up the full-back on an initial loan, according to journalist Alan Nixon.
The Liverpool academy graduate has struggled for regular game time this season at Nottingham Forest, but has featured more regularly in recent weeks.
Leeds are hunting a full-back and they are keen to take Williams to Elland Road, but it has been suggested Forest are reluctant to do business.
Whites boss Daniel Farke has let both Djed Spence and Luke Ayling leave this month and wants a full-back signing.
Williams though is now also being chased by Feyenoord.
The Dutch giants want to take Williams to the Netherlands in this month’s transfer window.
Arne Slot’s side hope that Nottingham Forest will allow them to take the player initially on loan with the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.
It now remains to be seen what Nottingham Forest’s response will be as interest in Williams heats up.
