Leeds United star Lewis Bate has agreed on a move to join League Two outfit MK Dons on loan, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.
The 21-year-old midfielder is a product of the Chelsea academy system and joined Leeds in the summer of 2021.
Last season, Bate went on a loan to Oxford United and featured 28 times in the league before his season came to an end in March due to an injury.
This season, Bate has failed to get into Daniel Farke’s plans and has featured only once, in the EFL Cup.
It has been suggested that Leeds are interested in offloading the midfielder in the ongoing window.
League Two outfit MK Dons are showing interest in securing the service for the Leeds midfielder.
And it has been claimed that Bate has agreed to join MK Dons on loan for the rest of the season.
The midfielder has made five senior appearances for Leeds so far in his career and if all goes well, he will ply his trade under Mike Williamson for the rest of the season.
